Katherine is already 6 months old (as of Wednesday)...I can't believe how fast the time seems to have gone by! We went to the pediatrician today, and everything is looking great. Katherine weighs 7.45kg (16.4 pounds) and is 67.5cm tall (26.57" or 2' 2.5") - she is in about the 75th percentile for both weight and height. Some of her new favorite things are trying to stick her toes in her mouth and standing with someone holding onto her (or standing while leaning against a table). In fact, she won't practice sitting for very long before she arches her back in an attempt to stand up. She is sleeping like a champ, for which I am very thankful, and she is just starting to eat solid foods. So far, she has tried avocados, bananas, carrots, and pears. We are so thankful for her and the joy she brings to our lives each day!
