As some of you may know, I started the job search process sometime back in October. I am happy to say that the search is over and that Meredith, Katherine, and I will be moving to Atlanta, Georgia, where I will be taking a faculty position in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at The Georgia Institute of Technology. You can go here to read a little bit more about the Institute I will be affiliated with. We are not sure of the exact date we will be leaving Switzerland, but it will probably be sometime near the end of July. The experience we have had as a family here in Switzerland as well as the professional opportunity I have had working in the LMBM at EPFL has been truly a blessing. We are going to miss our friends and the beautiful scenery we will leave behind, but are also excited about our new life in Atlanta. It was a big decision as it is a somewhat "permanent" move. We look forward to having our friends and family come visit us in our new home once we are settled in!

Woo-hoooo! Congratulations on the new job, and upcoming move! We have friends in Atlanta. They like to call it "Hotlanta"! It can't be worse than our area of Texas, can it?
