After having been away from my homeland for about 6 generations, I decided it was time to reconnect with my Scottish roots. We spent most of our time in the Fife Coastal Region and around Edinburgh. While I did not get a chance to play golf on the Old Course in St. Andrews in a kilt experiencing the cool coastal breeze refresh my nether-regions, I did get some good pictures. We met up with Meredith's parents in Edinburgh while we were there and had a nice time together. I did get a chance to experience my own personalized Scottish Whiskey Tour as the bar tender at our hotel gave me a run-down and tastes of some of the most popular whiskies from the various regions. Here are a few pictures from our trip:

A small fishing village in Anstruther, where we had the best fish and chips in the UK.
Katherine saw most of Edinburgh through this small hole in her stroller cover.
and now you see why.
