Week in Verbier

I am not very good at posting often, so I will try to catch you up on what has gone on around here for about the past month:

1) We went to Verbier (a ski town in the mountains) for the last week in February with our dear friends, the Gerhardts. We had a great time together in our one-bedroom ski chalet.
Meagan and Elyssa.
Jeff and Zach in the igloo.
Look at all the snow on the rooftops!
And all of the icicles too!
This is a picture of all of us having drinks together with a great view of the mountains.

2) Katherine had her 4-month well-baby visit, and she is doing great! Here are her stats for those who are interested:

Weight: 6.96 kg (15 lbs. 5.5 oz.) On the chart it looked like she was in the 85th or so percentile for weight.
Height: 64 cm (25.2 inches...a little over 2 feet) On the chart it looked like she was in about the 75th percentile for height.
Head circumference: 42.7 cm (16.8 inches) She still has a big head. She was on the top line of the chart...probably the 95th percentile.

Here are some pictures from her fourth month:

She is getting stronger. She doesn't prefer to be on her tummy, but she usually lasts about 10 minutes at a time, unless she's tired (then it's less).
You can see her tummy here...how cute.
She likes to play with mommy.
After her bath (which is one of her favorite things).

3) Brandon is gone this week for an interview at Georgia Tech. He had 2 interviews in December (at Texas A&M and Penn State), and this will be his final one. After he hears back from GA Tech, we will hopefully be able to make a decision about where to go from here pretty soon.

She is so adorable! Love those chubby cheeks. I didn't realize you had a blog - I'm so glad you commented on mine so I could find yours!
