One Month Check-Up

Katherine had her one month check-up with the pediatrician today, and she is doing great! She now weighs 4.1kg (9 lbs.), is 55cm (21.6 inches) long, and has a head circumference of 38cm (14.9 inches). She was born at 3.22kg (7.1 lbs.) and 49cm (19.3 inches), so she has grown quite a bit in a month. I can't believe she is almost 2 pounds heavier already! She is getting stronger, too. She lifts her head for longer intervals when she is on her tummy and can already hold it up on her own for quite sometime when we have her upright. She also has smiled at me in return to my smile, which is so amazing! Brandon and I love her more and more each day! We are so very thankful to the Lord for her and for each other. We are leaving to go to the US in a week...we are thankful that we received Katherine's passport in time. Please pray that we all stay healthy! Here are some new pictures:
