Thankful

There are so many things for which I am thankful. Here are just a few:

1) I am thankful for my beautiful, sweet daughter Katherine, who turned one on October 29th! Here are some recent pictures of her (actually these are pictures of her from the last 3 months since I haven't posted in so long, so there are a lot):
She is not walking yet, but she loves to pull up and cruise around.
She loves listening to music and dancing.
Another one of her favorite things is swinging.
Here she is at the Aquarium with her Uncle Jeremy.
Here she is at her birthday party in her pretty dress and new toy car.
This is her birthday cake, that my sister Lindsay decorated for her - thanks sis!
She is definitely a fan of sweets!
We call Katherine our "Angel Baby,"and we dressed her up as an angel for Halloween. Her cousin Carli was dressed up as Minnie Mouse.
These are some pictures from our professional photo shoot with Brittany Robson.
We took Katherine to a dairy farm and corn maze, and she really liked it (especially the chocolate milk we got for her at the end).

2) I am thankful for my wonderful husband Brandon:
He loved taking Katherine swimming during the summer! Here they are at his 30th birthday party in September.
I am especially thankful that Brandon was not injured when a lady ran a red light and totaled his brand new car.
He is so great with kids! Katherine adores her daddy, and Carli also loves her "B".

3) I am thankful for the way that God always provides for us. He has provided Brandon with a great job here in Atlanta, and He has given us a splendid house in an amazing neighborhood. We are still working on most of the rooms (finishing touches), but here is a picture of Katherine's room, which is mostly done:
4) I am thankful for my family, who was able to come and spend the Thanksgiving holiday with us this year. Here are some pics from their visit:
Our Thanksgiving meal together on Thursday.
Katherine was a little hesitant toward the dogs at first, but then she became more and more interested in them. She began to say "dog - woof, woof" quite a lot.
Katherine and Carli watching either "The Little Mermaid" or "Finding Nemo" (Carli's 2 favs).
Going for a walk with the girls in the wagon.
With my parents at church this morning - she loved looking at the Christmas tree.

5) I am thankful for friends, both new and old.

6) I am thankful most of all for my relationship with God through Jesus!
